Hi friends, post for “Basics of Kitchen” very simple and more important flavor for sweets… Yes! Homemade cardamom powder, which will be very flavorful. It will be very ease and handy while doing desserts.

½  Cup





INGREDIENTS
Green Cardamom – ½ Cup 
Granulated White Sugar – 2 Tsp


METHOD
  • If you have facilities for sun-dry keep it for 1 hour. (Optional, ease the grinding)
  •  Mix the cardamom and sugar into the blender, pulse it 2-3 times.
  • Transfer into a plate and store it in air-tight container.
  • Ready to give flavorful sweets…
