Hi friends, here come up with Instant ven pongal without moong dal. Its really very tasty and filling. Temper with ghee and spice will give good aromatic flavor. I prepared sweet pongal (Coming soon), I put more rice so I took some amount cooked rice and did the instant pongal. Good combo with coconut chutney and sambhar.
