PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES - EGG-LESS

Hi friends, egg-less peanut butter cookies are easy to made and addictive cookies. The ingredients to make the cookies are very simple and easily available. I made the cookies with Homemade Peanut Butter, which gives unique taste to the cookies.


Peanut butter cookies are super hit at my family, relatives and friends. All are very addictive to the cookies, and they ask me to bake the cookies for them. First time, I baked the cookies in HBC when I host the month, from there to still now, I couldn't take photos for blogs…L But other side am very happy to see that my cookies are hit… This time I baked the cookies for kid’s vacation and taken the photos…

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour – 1 ½ Cup
Baking powder – 1 Tsp
Powdered sugar – 1 Cup
Unsalted soften butter – ½ Cup (1 Stick)


METHOD
  • Preheat oven to 350 F/175 C.
  • In a mixing bowl whisk together flour and baking powder, set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, sugar and butter until smooth. Gradually add flour mixture, beating to combine.
  • Pinch off dough by the tablespoon, roll into balls. Place 2 inches apart on parchment lined baking sheets. Using a fork, press balls in a crisscross pattern, flattening to a ½ inch thickness.
  • Bake cookies, rotating halfway through, until lightly golden, 18-22 minutes. Cool cookies on a wire rack.
  • Serve it…




NOTE
  • You can use store bought peanut butter also.
  • If you like crunchy peanuts add 1 Tbsp of crushed peanut with the batter and mix it and use.
