GRATED CRISPY POTATO

Hi friends, Today I posting potato recipe, Who read my posts regularly they will know that am crazy for Dal and Potato, twice in a week I need the both... Last Sunday my parents gone to one function, so for me only have to prepare lunch... N my work was very less because my mom prepared rice, sambhar n rasam, so my work was doing potato... I plan to do different, and suddenly I thought to grate the potato for curry... It was so delicious and spicy too... 


INGREDIENTS
Potato -3 medium size grated
Oil - 4 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Mustard and urad dal - 1 tsp
Garlic - 10 chopped
Kuzhambu chilli powder - 1 tsp
Sambhar powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste



METHOD

  • First peel the skin of potato and grate it using grater.


















  • Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, add fennel seeds wait it for splutter and add chopped garlic fry till light golden color.




















  • Now add grated potatoes and fry for few minutes.





















  • Now add chilli powder and sambhar powder with salt fry well it, till turns crispy on low flame.


















  • Serve hot with chapathi/rice.





HAVE YUMMY CRISP POTATO!!!


NOTE:

  • Use heavy bottom pan or non stick pan otherwise potato will stick in the pan.
  • Use more garlic for the potatoes, it prevents gas problem.
  • Use with the skin too prevents gas problem.
