Hi friends, hope all you enjoyed weekends with your family and friends!!! Well... Today I post Noodles... Yeah! All of you will be love the Noodles especially Kids!!! I too love Noodles very much and my brother too...
I start to have Noodles when I studied 4th STD... My mom bought Maggi noodles with the tasty maker... but I did not had with tasty maker masala... becoz, when my childhood I hate spicy items... n my mom used to prepare Noodle payasam with that... Its crazy na... I will post the payasam version soon...
You too try this version and let me know about the taste...
INGREDIENTS
Noodles - 200g 1 pocket
Onion - 2 chopped
Tomato - 2 chopped
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Curry masala powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Water - to boil Noodles
- First boil water with salt and add Noodles till it cooked well.
- Now using colander strain the noodles and re wash it with cool water and drain it.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry for few minutes.
- Now add tomatoes with salt and fry till mushy.
- Now add chilli powder, coriander powder with salt fry till raw smell goes.
- Now add red chilli sauce and soy sauce mix it well for 1 minutes and add boiled noodles with it stir well till everything is combined.
- Serve it hot.

wow viji.. it looks too spicy.. even i didnt like taste-maker in childhood.. i used to modify it with veggies..
