Hi
friends, I always used to make eggless cakes, so I will make different
preparation each and every time. I will prepare the vanilla cake/Sponge cake quite
often for kid’s birthday party and my cousin too often ask me to prepare this
cake. The cake looks very soft and spongy and its basic cake for frosting or
icing cakes.
I am
posted the recipe for Love2Bake which is brainchild of +Sangeetha akka from SpicyTreats. I love this cake and its very easy and tastiest sponge cake. After
baked the cake, it will spring back while touch and so smooth texture. You can
frost the cake with chocolate butter cream icing or have it as plain. We do not
have frosted cake often, so I avoided frosting. I just drizzled with Homemade Hershey's Chocolate syrup which is superb combo, magical taste of vanilla and chocolate.
