We usually do 16 kaikari kootu, Inippu appam, medhu vadai and Karuppati vadai with rice, dal and rasam. I have shared Thiruvathirai Inippu Appam which we offer for the god of the special day. The appam is my most favorite, but we prepare only 7 appams on the special day and reserve the remaining batter in refrigeration and will prepare it on next day to enjoy… J
