Today’s
post is very easy and simple to prepare, which is used to make cakes, cookies
and smoothies and even in our day-to-day cooking too. Yes! Homemade cinnamon/Pattai
Powder… I have already shared chocolate cinnamon cookies, you too try once and
you will love it the magic of chocolate and cinnamon.

INGREDIENTS
Cinnamon
sticks/Pattai – ½ Cup
Sugar –
1 Tsp (Optional)
METHOD
- Sundry the cinnamon sticks for 2 hours, if you are kept in refrigeration or use room temperature cinnamon sticks.
- Broken into small pieces, so that its easy to blend. And avoid very thick sticks.
- Now blend the cinnamon sticks in the dry blender. Sieve the powder and keep it aside.
- If you find coarse mixture after sieve, just add it into the blender with 1 Tsp of sugar and blend it.
- Sieve and store the powder in air-tight container.
- Ready to use in your bakes, smoothies and cooking… J
