Vinayagar Chaturti is popular in all
over India. It will be celebrated in grand manner with large to small statue of
lord Ganesh. We do prayer with his favourite modak, ladoo and other sweet varieties.
My grandma will make sweet pongal, ellupoorna kozhukattai, paruppu poorna kozhukattai, ragi kozhukattai we used to help her to shape
the modak J
NOTE
You can use any type of kesari from here,
Kozhukattai (Modak) is steamed food and
of course its very healthy and easy to make. Millets kozhukattai is much more
special and I totally love the ragi kozhukattai with sweet stuffing. Kesari is
very easy stuffing and very delicious too…;)
