My birthday gift

  • Now add 1 tsp of water and mix with spoon.

  • Now start beating vigorously to mix well the coffee powder and sugar. Beat it for 10-15 minutes, more you beat it will turn to light in color.

  • Now take the hot milk, strain  and pour it into the mug from little height to get foam.

  • Now sprinkle hot chocolate powder over the coffee.

  11. I'm always astonished that Indians can make instant coffee taste delicious! Here in North American, it's usually not so good, but I'll try your method, and hopefully get the delicious stuff we often got in India. I keep buying jars of it, so it's good to know there's still hope!
