Hi friends,
today I come with tea bun, bun, ordinary bun etc… Every one named this bun with
different words… Usually we told as fever bun because when suffering from fever
we used to eat this with milk so in my home they telling as fever bun, tea
kadai bun, round bun etc… My dad loves this bun very much… After lunch and
dinner will have some snacks not only my dad for me too… So my brother bought
some buns from bakery. I thought to prepare this bun for long time and get
things ready to do then I got sick… So today got time and I prepared this yummy
bun… You too try this and let me know…
INGREDIENTS
Maida - 2 cup
Dry yeast - 1 tsp
Lukewarm milk - 1/4 cup
Butter - 50gm
Sugar - 2 Tbsp
Oil - 4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Lukewarm water - 1/2-1 cup
METHOD
- Take a bowl add milk, butter wait for butter melts down and add sugar, warm water and yeast mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes till it rises.
- Now pour the yeast mixture to this flour, mix well and form into a soft dough and apply oil on it and cover it with wet cloth for 1-2 hours to double the dough.

- Now punch the air out of the dough and knead again for 5-10 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal portion and arrange it in oil greased baking tray and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 Degree C.
- Keep it in oven and bake it for 15-20 minutes till brown color on top of the bun.
- Now take it from oven cool it and have it with Tea or Coffee.
Take it with Tea/Coffee/Boost etc... |
