Hi my dear friends, today I posting sweet item... Yes! It is my 50th post. So I plan to give treat as Sweet... I already posted rava kesari, now I posting same but fully microwave method... It is very simple to prepare rather than table top stove method and it comes out very well... I prepared only one bowl for testing but its awesome... Within 15 minutes the microwave kesari ready to eat... You too try this n let me know...
INGREDIENTS
Rava/Sooji - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1-2 tsp less than 1/2 cup
Water - 1 cup (I used hot water)
Ghee - 1 tsp
Cardamom pods - 3
Food color - a pinch
METHOD
- Take Microwave safe bowl and add water and keep it in high power for 2 minutes to boil the water. But here I used ready hot water which is available at the time.
- Now add the rava, food color to the bowl, mix well and keep it oven for 3 minutes in between stir one time.
- Now stir once and add peeled cardamom pods and keep it in oven for 2 minutes to extract the flavor.
- Now add sugar mix well and keep it in oven for 2 minutes and take out.
- Now add 1 tsp of ghee mix well and again keep it in oven for 2 minutes.
- Pour this mixture over the oil greased plate or directly to the serving bowl...
