It is very simple to prepare rather than table top stove method and it comes out very well... I prepared only one bowl for testing but its awesome... INGREDIENTS

Rava/Sooji - 1/2 cup

Food color - a pinch

METHOD

  • Take Microwave safe bowl and add water and keep it in high power for 2 minutes to boil the water. But here I used ready hot water which is available at the time.
  • Now add the rava, food color to the bowl, mix well and keep it oven for 3 minutes in between stir one time.

  • Now stir once and add peeled cardamom pods and keep it in oven for 2 minutes to extract the flavor.

  • Now add sugar mix well and keep it in oven for 2 minutes and take out.

  • Now add 1 tsp of ghee mix well and again keep it in oven for 2 minutes.

  • Pour this mixture over the oil greased plate or directly to the serving bowl...
