CRISPY GARLIC IDLI PODI DOSA

Today I post one variety of dosa... Usually we all like dosa more than Idli... right? Ya... Am hearing your Yes!!! Sounds... for me too dosa is most favorite food... Easy to make and taste is fabulous... Now I prepared something different dosa with podi... Yes! Not with normal idli podi, I added garlic to it... This podi really very tasty and healthy too... Usually we sprinkle idli podi over the dosa, instead of dip to Idli podi...

Normal Idli podi with sesame oil is little bit bore na... So I changed to some what tasty... I will post the recipe of garlic idli podi tomorrow... You too try this and let me know your suggestions...



INGREDIENTS
Dosa batter - as you need
Crispy garlic idli podi - 2 tsp (Coming soon)
Oil - as you need



METHOD

  • Heat dosa tawa and spread dosa batter.




  • Sprinkle Crispy garlic idli podi over the dosa and sprinkle with oil. 
















  • Cover with lid and wait for 1-2 minutes and fold the dosa.
















  • Serve the hot dosa.
HAVE THIS YUMMY DOSA!!!
