Hi friends, Oops! In Tamil Nadu power cut is playing in full mode... Couldn't do anything, OK! dears... Today I posting simple dosa variety... It is Onion Roast, yeah! I know all of you like onion roast n surely you order or make prepare it once in your life time, am Right? Very simple but very flavorful yummy roast, is it? Now let move on to our recipe,
INGREDIENTS
Dosa batter - need for 2 dosa
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Oil - to drizzle for dosa
METHOD
- Heat the dosa tawa and spread dosa batter on the tawa.
- Spread onions on the dosa and drizzle oil on it and cover with lid.
- When its cooked flip over the dosa for few minutes to fry onions.
- Take it from tawa serve hot with chutney or kurma.
