I am very big addictive to peanuts at any form... I love boiled peanuts much more... Mostly all of us really big fan of peanut, is it? I tasted all items by using peanut except chutney... Yes! Till my college days I never tasted this chutney, when I and nathiya(my friend n sister) went to her home for holidays... There athimma (nathi's mom) prepared this chutney for dosa and chapathi, it was totally delicious one... I took extra dosa on that day n whenever make this chutney...

Whenever I go there she prepares this chutney for me... So I learnt from athimma... You too prepare the chutney and taste it...
INGREDIENTS
Roasted peanuts - 1/2 cup
Shallots/small onion - 8-9
Garlic pods(small)- 9 (If big use 4)
Tamarind - small amla size
Dry chillies - 3 to 4
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 + 2 tsp
Musturd seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Water - need to grind
Salt - to taste
METHOD
- Heat pan slightly warm the peanuts do not roast deep.(Dry roast till slight brown if it is Raw peanuts), and keep aside.
- Now heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan, add dry chillies fry for few seconds and add shallots, garlic and tamarind, hing and salt fry it till aroma comes and cool it.
- Now grind this mixture with little water and add peanuts again grind it finely and pour to bowl.
- In the same pan add 2 tsp of oil add mustard seeds and urad dal wait it for splutter and pour this into chutney bowl.
- Serve it with Crispy dosa...
