Hi friends,
snacks are very tempting and lovable one. If you have left over idli/dosa
batter too, you can make crispy and tasty snacks. Punugulu/punukulu (Bonda with
idli/dosa batter) is an Andra Pradesh special snack with idli/dosa batter.
Even I do
not hear the bonda name as punugulu, and did not try also. When I landed to
Desi Fiesta of +Manjula, I got to enjoy the Andra Thali was just awesome. She
made so much effort to give the delicious platter and I was tempted to have all
the recipes in the thali… But I made only punugulu and so tempted by seeing her
photograph of the snack. After the next day of seeing the crispy snacks on her
space, and I tried it came out so well and we enjoyed the deep fried bondas…
