Hi friends,
simple side dish for rice as well as chapathi. Radish masala, for me it sounds
interesting when I seen in TV show. So, my mom tried it on next day itself and
we had it with chapathi. Really tastes good and nowadays we often prepare the
radish masala.
Radish is
light vegetable and easy to prepare. They used urad dal and fennel seeds
powder. My mom roasted the urad dal and fennel seeds and powdered it for the
masala. I post the delicious and healthy stir fry for, Cooking from Cookbook Challenge which is conducted by +Srivalli jetti for CC Challenge of the month
